Key Responsibilities:

Ownership of recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes
Uphold all Chick-fil-A of Holly Springs policies and procedures

Skills and Experience:

Experience and a degree in Human Resources is preferred
Restaurant experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bilingual
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
