Responsibilities:

Uphold Chick-fil-A standards and policies
Design and implement training systems using Chick-fil-A material
Train, coach, and develop team members
Grow and develop a team of trainers
Set and achieve goals
Update processes to improve efficiency and guest experience
Ensure food safety standards and excellence with guests
Hold team accountable to standards and procedures
Provide clear communication and feedback
Think strategically for business growth
Be a source of encouragement and positivity
