Front of House Night Manager

Rate of payStarting at $17 per hour

The Night Manager role is a management position who has the responsibility for directing the daily operations of a quick-service restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, financial accountability, ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers and other duties as required. Night Managers will be responsible for closing the restaurant, following established opening and closing procedures.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure shift is set up for success
  • Follow setups and communicate to the team
  • Answer the phone and respond or handle the matter appropriately
  • Resolve Guest issues and complaints appropriately
  • Take catering orders over the phone using catering tool.
  • Ensure Team Member’s clock-in and clock-out according to their scheduled shift
  • Make appropriate judgment calls when the store is slow or busy – if slow, ask for volunteers to leave early; if busy, ask for volunteers to stay later or send a message out for Team Member’s to come in early
  • Take ownership and keep a pulse on all aspects of the store: Front Counter, Drive Thru and Kitchen. Ensure all areas of the business are flowing smoothly, guests are being served, the Dining Room and restrooms are clean, etc.
  • Count any drawers at the end of your shift
  • Before you leave, communicate any relevant details to the next Manager on duty and set the next shift up for success

Requirements:

*3-5 years of Restaurant Management experience
