Catering Assistant (18+)

The Catering Assistant assists with the process of a catering order beginning with order taking, order fulfillment, and order completion, with a timely and hospitable pick-up and delivery experience for the guest. The Catering Assistant has expert knowledge for Chick-fil-A catering products and can assist guests with planning an event, understanding the guest's needs, and the back of the house capacity, processes, and systems. The Assistant works the front of the house with guests and back of the house as needed ensuring food quality, order accuracy, and timely order fulfillment.

  • Works well independently and in a team environment
  • Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
  • Have the ability to lift and carry 40 lbs on a regular basis
  • Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
