The Dishwasher/Busser team member is responsible for the successful execution of the Pizza Inn experience through serving the guest in a team member capacity by performing all dishwashing and bussing functions.
Physical & Mental Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for periods of up to 8 hours
- Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to team members and management
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and kneel repeatedly over a long period of time
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds

- Must be organized, flexible, and detail-oriented

- Sense of urgency
Essential Job Functions:
- Cleans soiled dishes and small wares. Returns clean and sanitized dishes to proper locations
- Maintains dish machine. Ensures it is operating correctly and reports any defects immediately
- Cleans and polishes machine thoroughly on a regular basis
- Removes trash from kitchen and places trash in dumpster
- Keeps dish/bus area clean and organized
- Assists in kitchen where needed
- Assists in other areas of the restaurant when needed
- Completes opening and/or closing checklists
- Perform other related duties, as assigned by company management
