$5.6 - 25 per hour - Follows the Steps of Service and ensures a WOW experience for every guest every time.
- Visually checks IDs to determine Guest’s legal age. Uphold state and local liquor laws. It does not serve anyone under the age of 21.
- Rings orders into point of sale system and communicate additional information to bartenders and cooks as needed.
- Ensures all food and drinks served to meet our standards of quality and freshness.
- Visually observes guests and responds to all non-verbal cues.
- Notifies the manager of any guest’s complaints and interacts with guests in a professional manner. Follow all the steps accordingly.
- Clears cleans and performs table/bar maintenance throughout the shift.
- Follow all food safety and general sanitation policies.
- Refill beverages whenever necessary.
- Complete all opening, running, closing duties & side work.
- Continuously promotes teamwork.
- Performs various tasks delegated by management.
- It generates fun, and excitement through personality and a positive attitude to help ensure many return visits by guests.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work the POS system efficiently to ring in orders, clock in and out and close out all transactions.
- Stands and/or walks during the entire shift.
- Ability to listen to Guests, respond verbally and interact with Team Members.
- Reading, writing, and math skills are required.
- Able to carry drinks and food orders to guest’s table/bar on a tray.
- Reliable transportation.
