Boards Lead

Directly Reports To: Kitchen Manager

Key Characteristics: 

Minimum 30 hours weekly

Strong organizational & communication skills with acute attention to detail 

Ability to perform under pressure in an intense and fast paced environment

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure centerline, lowboys, pressure fryers, and toasters run with excellence daily( to include fry fridge)
  • Ensure food safety requirements are being met
  • Ensure boards area is organized and clean 100% of the time
  • Develop and implement systems and processes for boards area
  • Own outcome of Food Cost Report
  • Ensure AHA is being followed
  • Ensure boil outs are being performed on time on open fryers
  • Own outcome of Deloitte visits-Boards area specifics
  • Perform ERQA’s weekly at different day parts to make sure quality is up to CFA standard
  • Communicate with training lead if team member in boards area needs additional training
  • Ensure daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly cleaning is being done on equipment
  • Communicate with I.T Lead and facilities lead if you need any additional tools to be successful in your area
