BOH Utility Crew Member

$14 - 16 per hour

Utility/Steward Position

The kitchen utility worker is responsible for assisting in the efficient operation of the kitchen by maintaining cleanliness standards. The utility worker assists with a variety of tasks throughout the kitchen.
Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work early mornings and weekends.

Common Job duties include:

Timely verifying and storing of all food deliveries.
Maintaining the dry storage and refrigerated areas of the kitchen with the organization and cleanliness of shelving.
Properly dating and FIFO all foods.
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Maintaining the standards of cleanliness of equipment and work areas through the operation of dishwashing equipment, sweeping, mopping and trash removal.
Follows the posted daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules.
Preforms other related duties as needed.
