Operations Director
Directly Reports to: Operator, Chief of Staff

Provides Leadership to: Manager Team & Team Leads
Vision
- Develop a Business Plan for the year with the Chief of Staff and share with the Director Team defining all goals and a plan to reach them
- Meet with the Director Team weekly
- Meet with the Manager Team weekly

People
- Continuously develop the Manger and Team leads
- Weekly meetings with Managers & Team Leaders to challenge & encourage them
- Continuously develop yourself
- Sync up with Talent and Culture Director and the Training Director on Training & Growth Plans for the team
- Hold your team accountable for their responsibilities
- Complete evaluations on all Managers on your team on schedule (30, 60, 90 etc.)
- Complete the weekly Back of House schedule on time Tuesday at 5pm
Quality & Guest Experience
- Time block your schedule to hit all areas of ownership every day (Kitchen, Facilities, Front of House)
- Enforce commitment to Excellence in all things, Ownership, & Teamwork
- Cultivate a Food Safety Culture
- Enforce Cleaning lists & implementation with entire staff
- Review Daily Safe Critical with Managers
Sales & Brand Growth
- Post and reiterate all Sales numbers and goals
- Create a competitive, enthusiastic, & positive culture towards reaching sales goals (SPI)
- Work in tandem with Sales and brand Growth Director on catering & community events to ensure REMARKable and CAREing experiences for all guests and clients
- Stay up to date on all roll outs, LTO, & promotional items
Financial Return
- Complete End of Month inventory and final submission to Support Center
- Control Food Cost Gap and Labor Gap
- Ensure good stewardship of all resources
