The Marketing and Outreach Director at Chick-fil-A at Frederick North delivers operational excellence, fosters personal growth of its Team Members, and delivers second mile service to all guests.


As the Director of Marketing and Outreach you will be responsible for leading Chick-fil-A Frederick North’s sales and marketing strategies.  You will be responsible for engaging with the community, increasing our presence and building a great guest experience.  


Chick-fil-A is a renowned brand in the food, beverage, and hospitality industry, known for its delicious food and exceptional customer service. As a Director of Marketing and Outreach, you will play a key role in our organization, overseeing social media, catering, and events. 


About Us: Located an hour north of Washington DC in Frederick, Maryland. Chick-fil-A Frederick North is owned and operated by Dwight Sones. Dwight has served as the Owner/Operator of this restaurant since its grand opening in October, 2017. Prior to his six years as an Owner/Operator with Chick-fil-A, Dwight was blessed to serve our Nation as an officer and pilot in the United States Air Force. Of his 26 years of service, 17 were spent in the flying community as an Evaluator, Instructor, Trainer, or Trainee. Dwight has been able to transition his experience and leadership serving our country to propel Chick-fil-A Frederick North into a chain-wide leader in operational excellence. Chick-fil-A Frederick North prides itself on having a culture and work environment that’s second to none in the quick service restaurant industry.

About the role:

  • Manage advertising and email marketing campaigns.
  • Participate operationally in a fast-paced Restaurant.
  • Develop and implement strategies that promote Chick-fil-A Frederick North and increase sales and awareness.
  • Build community relationships and manage spirit nights.
  • Promote team member appreciation and engagement.
  • Oversee various social media pages.
  • Manage catering.
  • Work with the Leadership team to achieve business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) or 2 years of relevant experience in the Marketing industry.
  • Proven experience in social media management and marketing.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Evenings and weekends required.
  • Chick-fil-A experience welcomed, not required.
