Auto Body Estimator - Immediate Hiring

We are currently seeking a talented Auto Body Estimator/Customer Service Advisor to join our team. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring repair processes run smoothly, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and insurance companies to provide accurate repair estimates and coordinate repair timelines
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries
• Order necessary parts for repairs
• Update customers on progress and any additional needed repairs
• Track repairs from vehicle check-in to delivery
• Track payments from Insurance and Fleet companies
• Contact potential customers for repairs via phone and email
• Achieve consistent sales and customer retention goals
• Work closely with Management to implement proper procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process

Qualifications

• Prior experience in an Auto Body Shop
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong communication skills
• Goal-oriented mindset
• Experience with CCC1 or similar estimating system
