A Chick-fil-A leader is responsible for directing the daily operations of our restaurant. This includes ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations: production, preparation, customer relations, inventory management, team management, and financial accountability. The top priority of our Leadership Team is to ensure that the highest quality products and services are delivered to our guests. Previous restaurant or leadership experience is required.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensures Team Members are Guests focused, following hospitality & service protocols.
- Ensures Team Members in kitchen are following all guidelines with safety and equipment
- Ensures that Team Members work at a pace to maintain restaurant's established speed of service guidelines.
- Ensures that workstations are always clean.
- Perform any of the tasks above as needed throughout shift.
- Addresses guest issues that may arise; consults with leadership regarding complex issues.
- Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
- Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to leadership for appropriate handling.
- Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures.
