We are looking for a motivated Crew member @ our San Diego store located at 611 K St, Suite C, San Diego, CA 92101. We are always keeping an eye out for applicants who are friendly, enthusiastic, and who genuinely enjoy serving guests. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience working with customers and providing World Class service. You should also be available to take evening and weekend shifts occasionally.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they enter the store enthusiastically.
• Help guests understand the menu, answer questions.
• Baking.
• Help grow the brand awareness by passing out flyers.
• Cleaning and sanitizing the store to ensure Health standards for both staff and guests are top priority.
• Work the register system.
• Promote all items in the store to the guests so they know what we sell.
• Have online orders ready for pick, warm, fresh and ready to go.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or Equivalent.
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• No baking experience required. We'll train you.
• Team player.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• San Diego Food Handlers certification prior to start date if hired.
