Position: Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service
• Manage employee scheduling, hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control costs to meet financial goals
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and overall dining experience
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction
• Collaborate on marketing strategies and promotions to drive restaurant sales
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and energetic work culture

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant setting
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including budgeting and cost control
• Familiarity with restaurant technology, such as POS systems
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
