Bottoms Up Pizza is seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with our Head Chef to participate in all aspects of pizza preparation and ensure that every dish meets our high standards of quality and taste.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in day to day operations
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff in pizza and preparation of other menu items
  • Ensure that all menu items are prepared and cooked according to recipe specifications
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist with kitchen organization and cleanliness

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a line cook or sous chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious food
