Executive District Manager
All-Star Management, DBA Wendy’s, is growing. We are looking for an Executive
District Manager. This position will report to the Director of Operations, be
responsible for a 5-restaurant market, and over see 1 District Manager.
In this role the Executive District Manager will be responsible for executing
Wendy’s 5 Core Competencies.

Business Focused: Creates and communicates a vision for the districts based on the

decisions.

models to move the business forward. Has a high personal standard and sets clear
expectations. Shares best practices for the districts.
People Effectiveness: Build common ground within the districts. Communicates
across all levels of positions within the restaurant. Holds and plans regular meetings.

Develops Self and Others: Staffs and seeks talent within the districts. Ensures that
those wanting to advance could grow within the districts. Delivers on commitment to
