Cash Management Supervisor
The Cash Management Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring Operational Excellence in financial accuracy, security, and compliance, aligned with our vision of delivering exceptional service while maintaining operational efficiency. Reporting to the Guest Relations Director, this role executes the vision and strategy of the director team by optimizing cash handling systems, fostering accountability, and supporting a culture of financial integrity. The Cash Management Supervisor bridges top-level strategy with day-to-day cash operations, ensuring that team members have the tools, training, and processes needed to deliver exceptional financial accuracy and accountability.
Role-Specific Responsibilities
- Ownership of Cash Operations: Take full ownership of cash management operations by leading by example. Ensure cash handling is accurate, secure, and efficient, upholding financial integrity and compliance with company policies. Train and mentor team members to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient environment for cash operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the Guest Relations Director to innovate and refine systems and processes that enhance financial accountability, reduce errors, and support operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while consistently achieving key performance metrics.
- Strategy Execution: Execute the strategy set by the director team for cash management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and performance standards. Optimize workflows, manage staffing for cash-related tasks, and adhere to Chick-fil-A’s expectations of operational excellence.
- Reporting and Metrics: Provide regular reports to the Guest Relations Director on cash management performance, including key metrics such as reconciliation accuracy, deposit timeliness, and discrepancy resolution. Highlight successes, challenges, and actionable insights to improve systems and outcomes.
- Communication and Feedback: Act as the primary communicator between leadership and cash operations, ensuring strategic directives are clearly communicated to the team. Provide operational feedback to top-level management to enhance overall performance.
- Team Development: Conduct regular coaching and mentoring sessions with team leaders and members involved in cash operations, ensuring they are equipped to handle their responsibilities effectively while maintaining a focus on accuracy, security, and efficiency.

- Address guest concerns about financial transactions promptly to ensure guest satisfaction and uphold the organization's reputation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in cash handling, financial operations, or hospitality environments.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage resources and lead teams in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey goals, provide feedback, and motivate teams.
- Knowledge of Chick-fil-A’s mission, vision, and commitment to service excellence.
- Experience in implementing and optimizing cash management technology and processes is a plus.
