Talent Acquisition Supervisor

Rate of pay$24 - 30 per hour

Location: Chick-fil-A Citrus Plaza

Compensation: $24–$30/hour, based on experience and qualifications

Schedule: Up to 40 hours per week, based on the needs of the business (20 hours administrative, 20 hours restaurant operations)

Overview

Join the Chick-fil-A Citrus Plaza leadership team as a Talent Acquisition Supervisor, where you'll combine your organizational expertise and passion for people to build a strong and cohesive team. This role offers the opportunity to work in both administrative and operational settings, fostering a dynamic and rewarding career.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative (20 hours/week):

  • Manage the Applicant Pool: Oversee all stages of the recruitment process, from posting job openings to reviewing applications and scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct Interviews: Facilitate meaningful interviews to identify candidates whose values and skills align with the Chick-fil-A culture.
  • Make Hiring Decisions: Leverage personal interactions, reference checks, and other key factors to ensure high-quality hires.
  • Team Member Integration: Develop and execute onboarding processes that seamlessly integrate new hires into the team.
  • Maintain and Improve Systems: Create, evaluate, and enhance hiring processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Operational (20 hours/week):

  • Work alongside the team in the restaurant to maintain operational excellence and build rapport with team members.
  • Demonstrate leadership in the day-to-day operations to understand team dynamics and culture.
  • Ensure consistent execution of Chick-fil-A's high standards of service, hospitality, and food quality.

Qualifications

  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to create, maintain, and enhance systems and processes.
  • Strong Decision-Making Ability: Demonstrated ability to assess candidates through interviews, reference checks, and other variables to make thoughtful hiring decisions.
  • People Skills: Ability to foster positive relationships with potential hires, team members, and leadership.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to thrive in both an office and restaurant environment.
  • Experience: Previous recruiting, hiring, or leadership experience is preferred but not required.
