Overview:


As a Secret Shopper, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the customer service and operational standards at Chick-fil-A. Your observations and feedback will help ensure the company maintains its commitment to providing excellent service and genuine hospitality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct undercover visits to designated Chick-fil-A location.
  • Evaluate employee performance based on specific criteria, including customer service, friendliness, executing core four, and providing a remarkable experience.
  • Document observations in detail using the provided templates.
  • Adhere to a schedule and maintain confidentiality during evaluations.
  • Provide constructive feedback to help improve service and operational efficiency.
  • Communicate with the Training Director about guest experiences and team member evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must have Chick-fil-A Application.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain discreet.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines.
