Little Blue Menu® is an innovative kitchen brand created by Chick-fil-A®. It’s inspired by the founder of Chick-fil-A, who tested different menu items and presented them on a blue menu at his first restaurant established in 1946. Through Little Blue Menu, guests can order Chick-fil-A favorites alongside soon-to-be favorites like wings, burgers, and whatever we cook up next. Little Blue Menu will offer digital ordering for pick-up, delivery and catering Monday through Saturday, with the restaurant closed on Sundays.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the shift (Run breaks and direct the team)
- Encourage the team members and team leaders
- Hold the team accountable for Little Blue Menu Standards and Procedures
- Ensure excellent food quality and customer service
- Lead team to deliver a remarkable guest experience during their shifts
- Support leaders
- Execute team huddles to ensure all team members are on the same page
- Be proactive in checking behind team members
- Complete daily and weekly checklists
- Leave the restaurant better than what you found it
- Create emotional connections with guests
- Create a fun and cared for environment for the team
- Coach to develop positive behaviors in the team members on their shifts
- Hustle to create a surprisingly fast Speed of Service
- Able to stand for prolonged periods, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and lift heavy objects, as needed
- Execute systems that ensure a welcoming and refreshingly clean environment
- Have a proactive mindset
Requirements:
- Must have a basic understanding of customer service and restaurant operations
- Able to stand for prolonged periods, walk, bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects, as needed
- Hospitality experience (preferred)
