Little Blue Menu® is an innovative kitchen brand created by Chick-fil-A®. It’s inspired by the founder of Chick-fil-A, who tested different menu items and presented them on a blue menu at his first restaurant established in 1946. Through Little Blue Menu, guests can order Chick-fil-A favorites alongside soon-to-be favorites like wings, burgers, and whatever we cook up next. Little Blue Menu will offer digital ordering for pick-up, delivery and catering Monday through Saturday, with the restaurant closed on Sundays.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the heart of Little Blue Menu by preparing and presenting hot and cold food items, paying special attention to quality and food safety.
- Responsibly manage and maintain all inventory and equipment.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of the restaurant—inside and out.
- Support the team in achieving exemplary service and sales goals.
- Continuously clean workstations
- Prepare food items for cooking
- Fry, bake or cook food items
- Assemble, wrap, and package food for final assembly
- Prepare cold products such as salads, wraps, fruit cups and parfaits
- Track and monitor product hold times to ensure all products are served within quality and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with fellow team members and leadership
Requirements:
- A positive attitude
- A hunger to grow
- Able to stand for prolonged periods, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and lift heavy objects, as needed
- A desire to serve
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work and move with a sense of urgency
- Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
- Must work well under pressure
- Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
