Join Chick-fil-A as a Back of House Director and be part of a locally owned and operated restaurant that values teamwork and leadership development  As the Back of the House Director you will provide leadership in all areas of the Chick-fil-A business that has a direct impact on the BOH operations. Ensures that Chick-fil-A Midtown is meeting all standards and procedures as it relates to food handling, preparation, quality, cleanliness and safety. The Director of Operations is also responsible for maintaining equipment as well as managing proper inventory levels within the business.
