The Director of Training will ensure all avenues of training are being delivered effectively to the entire Chick-fil-A Southroads team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement training programs for Team Members
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service
Provide leadership and mentorship to Team Members
Collaborate with management to identify training needs
