Assistant Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Assist in daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, decision-making, and inventory management.
- Marketing & Community Engagement: Participate in local restaurant marketing initiatives and community events to increase brand awareness.
- Leadership Development: Attend training sessions on leadership skills, conflict resolution, and effective communication.
- Project Management: Contribute to special projects, such as process improvement initiatives, new product launches, digital marketing, and improvement projects through LEAN initiatives, enhance training plans, and learn the impacts of indirect leadership.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a positive experience for every guest by upholding
- Website Management
- Project Planning and execution
- Work closely with the Area Marketing Director
- Errands
- Organized
- Google, Squarespace and excel projects
- Work with Graphic Designer, Contractors, Facebook

Qualifications and Requirements
- The assistant is enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program.
- Business, Marketing, Hospitality, and related fields preferred.
- Strong interest in the following:
