Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist branch operations deliver high-quality client/customer care to maximize inquiry conversions and maximize client experience 24/7
  • Assist in ensuring accreditation excellence and compliance with all federal, state, local, and clinical statutes/laws.
  • Assist with Payroll, Scheduling, Billing, and Insurance Management
  • Meets or exceeds “inquiry to client” conversion goals for the branch
  • Implements and executes consistent conversion practices to drive revenues and client base.
  • Ensure high-quality customer care is provided at every stage of the client touch-points and experience from phone to in-home consultation to maximize customer retention.
  • Answering office calls, contacting clients, and directing calls as needed.
  • Collecting past due payments.
  • Additional clerical responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • CNA Certification (preferred)
  • CPR Certification
  • Proficient in MSOffice (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Flexibility and good time management skills A MUST
  • Medical Office Experience (preferred)
  • Excellent organization, planning, and project management skills.
  • Valid driver’s license; valid state-required proof of auto insurance.
  • Transportation to meet the needs of the position and scope of job responsibilities.
