1. Communicate orders and information between the front of house and back of house,
making sure that food is cooked in the right order, quickly, and presented to the customer as
beautifully as possible.
2. Make sure no orders are lost, forgotten or delayed.
3. Dress plates and trays with appropriate condiments, soups, salads, rolls and garnishes.
4. Keeping area organized, clean, stocked and at proper temperatures.
5. Ability to work as a part of the team.
