Required Qualifications:

· 4 years of experience in marketing or a 4-year degree in marketing

· Strong computer and design skills

· Working in the office 5 days a week

· Home Service experience is recommended

· Canva experience recommended

· Knowledge of the home services industry recommended

· College Degree recommended

MARKETING:

· Basic understanding of Service Titan (marketing)

· Maintain Bradbury Brothers' brand presence

· Maintain online marketing/advertising (PPC/LSA/Social)

· Maintain print marketing/advertising (direct mail/magazines/billboards)

· Maintain customer marketing/advertising (email/Marketing Pro)

· Create/design/implement new marketing campaigns

· Create /design/implement company videos/slideshows

· Organize marketing events and networking activities

· Drive company customer review program

· Drive company customer referral program

· Drive company neighborhood program

· Review daily and monthly marketing reports and share with the leadership team

Position: Marketing Manager

Reports to: Ownership

Work Hours: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday through Friday

Location: Magnolia, TX (Northwest Houston)
