Executive Assistant - Immediate Hire

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting a CEO
  • 10+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant role
  • Experience in a mid-size company
  • 5 days a week in the office
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars a must
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and coordinate execs travel and schedule, which can change on a minute-to-minute basis.
  • Answering phone inquiries, directing calls, and providing basic company information.
  • Comfortable performing administrative duties, taking memos, maintaining files, and organizing documents, etc.
  • Arranges travel, accommodation, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed.        
  • Plans/organizes and implements events such as Board and Executive meetings, Leadership meetings, calls or off business luncheons, or client dinners, etc.        
  • Manages executive schedule and acts as liaison for executive team.        
  • Prepares reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintaining files, records, and correspondence for meetings.        
  • Handles confidential information; organizes and maintains files.
