Marketing Lead - Media Content Creation

J&W Heating and Air + Plumbing is seeking a creative and strategic Media and Brand

Content Creator. This is a junior to mid-level marketing role is essential for developing

and executing initiatives that enhance and solidify the company’s brand presence in the

community. This role will take ownership of the social media and content creation for

an established home services brand to manage the company’s culture and engage

customers within the community.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, social media strategy, and content creation.
• Experience in content creation, social media management, and email marketing
• Ability to take a content concept from ideation to execution – inclusive of capturing
• and editing content
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Be a Culture Champion - by broadcasting the brand mission and values through various channels
• Spearheaded the development and execution of social media strategies to grow online presence
• Digital content creation for media posts and blogs - video and graphic.
• Plan and coordinate employee-focused fun events
• Identify and lead community engagement opportunities
• Engage in Networking Opportunities
• Manage Brand Reputation by responding publicly to customer feedback or reviews
