THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accounting/Payables
- Monthly reconciliation for vendor accounts.
- Profit and Loss monthly reviews
- Job Costing for Labor and Materials
- Payroll support
- Enter Credit Card transactions
- Maintain Accounts Payable Report for accuracy
- Coordinate running maintenance schedule
- Maintain database of technology such as tablets, phones, and laptops
- Data entry and reporting
- Assistance with fuel card set up
PREFERENCES, EXPECTATIONS, EDUCATION, AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Highly organized and process driven with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Thorough attention to detail with on-time delivery.
- Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Service Titan experience preferred
- Sage Intact or SAP experience preferred
