- Keep the warehouse and yard clean,neat, organized and safe at all times.
- Ensure that all parts and equipment are properly stocked in a neat, orderly and easy to identify fashion and are fully accounted for in the inventory.
- Transfer all inventory items listed on invoices and material sheets to the job.
- Return all parts and equipment ordered in error, defective or covered under warranty to the proper supplier.
- Inspect all deliveries for accuracy prior to accepting.
- Order and pull all parts, materials and equipment for sold jobs as per the job paperwork.
- Pick up and deliver parts and equipment whenever necessary.
- File and manage warranty claims for miscellaneous non dealer brands
- Assist department managers with monthly inventories when necessary.
Skills/Requirements:
- A minimum of one years experience working in a warehouse, logistics, call center, or other related field preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
- Quick, sound decision-making abilities
- Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
Education:
- High School or equivalent (Required)
- Associates Degree from an accredited college or university (preferred)
