Qualifications:
- Preferred: 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer Skills: CRM, Google Suite, and Email proficiency
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Highly motivated, flexible, and great attitude toward life.
- Knowledge of HVAC codes and applications and proper electrical and HVAC safety.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Coordinates all documentation and permits relating to installation jobs.
- Verifies the accuracy of all paperwork relating to installation and IAQ jobs.
- Creation of new tickets for all jobs in Service Titan/dispatch system for crews.
- Scheduling of installations, inspections, follow-up visits, and permitting needs.
- Manage installation board and assignments for daily dispatch.
- Contact customers to confirm all information prior to installation.
- Contact customers after completion of installation to confirm information for closeout processes and paperwork.
- Liaise between customers and the installation department to address customer concerns, questions, and logistical coordination.
- Maintain communication with dispatch, management, parts, and warehouse.
- Follow-Up on parts and warranty paperwork and update tracking.
- Prepares physical paperwork for installation jobs for teams and customers.
- Maintain internal calendars for job scheduling, team assignments, and organize accordingly.
- Serve as point of contact for outside vendors and subcontractors on jobs as needed.
- Collect, maintains, and submit timesheets by jobs and teams to submit to the installation manager.
- Communicate with all crews in the field to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and according to J&W 5-star standards.
- Other administrative and support duties as assigned.
