Position Overview
As a Site Manager at Mr. Splash Car Wash, you’re not just leading the team—you’re leading an experience. Key Responsibilities
• Lead and Inspire: Be the hands-on leader of a high-performing team. Train, motivate, and empower every team member to make every car, every wash, and every customer interaction the best it can be.
• Customer-Focused Operations: Deliver an amazing experience to our members and customers, from greeting them with a friendly smile to ensuring every car leaves sparkling clean.
• Team Development: Cultivate a team that’s motivated, customer-focused, and skilled. Conduct regular training, provide feedback, and foster a positive, growth-minded work environment.
• Drive Memberships: Memberships are our foundation, and you’ll play a key role in promoting and retaining memberships, ensuring every customer understands the benefits and value.
• Operational Excellence: Keep things running smoothly by managing scheduling, ensuring efficient workflows, and proactively identifying and resolving any operational challenges.
• Safety & Maintenance: Prioritize a safe environment, handle daily inspections, and coordinate maintenance to ensure equipment is always in top condition.
• Sales and Financial Reporting: Monitor location performance, manage the budget, and report on sales, memberships, and operational costs. Ensure our Rock County location remains profitable and meets targets.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience: At least 2+ years in a supervisory or management role, ideally in a customer-service-focused environment.
• Leadership: You know how to motivate and lead a team and bring out the best in everyone.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a natural ability to connect with customers.
• Operational Savvy: Ability to juggle day-to-day operations with big-picture goals. Experience with scheduling, inventory, and basic financial reporting is a plus.
• Problem Solver: Quick to address and solve challenges in a fast-paced environment.
