- To represent Mr. Splash Car Wash with a positive attitude in the community both on and off the clock!
- Give fast, friendly, customer service with a smile,
- Be professional in appearance and attitude at all times.
- Be alert to customers and vehicles and stand at the entrance to the carwash tunnel and using hand signals and voice to direct drivers onto the tunnel conveyor. Ensure these are clear and obvious. Guide vehicles on to the conveyer without bumping the car unnecessarily on the entrance to the wash.
- Must be alert, observant and be able to spot potential problem vehicles prior to entry of tunnel.
- Involves use of electronic equipment.
- Must be able to stand for long periods.
- Duties also include but not limited to, cleaning tunnel windows, pressure washing the tunnel floor and walls, cleaning the pit, sweeping parking lots, emptying trash and vacuum traps. Stock vending supplies.
- Sell Wash Club program at any opportunity.
- Able to use such materials as water, cleaning agents, brushes, cloths, and hoses.
- Handle customer complaints as deemed appropriate, with directing customer to management if issue cannot be resolved and all other problem-solving options have been exhausted.
- Any other duties directed by management.

Educational Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service preferred but not essential.
- Vehicle cleaning or maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Entry-level car washers are normally trained on the job by more experienced workers.
Work Conditions:
Car washers need to be physically fit and are expected to work in all types of weather. Work shifts are typically 4-8 hours long and may include evenings and weekends. Attendants may be required to wear their own clothes (excluding what is required by Mr. Splash Car Wash) that are appropriate for the working conditions.
