Job Summary:
We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team and take our sales efforts to the next level. In this role, you’ll lead and inspire a team of Mr. Splash employees, helping them reach their full potential while driving new business and maintaining our strong relationships with existing customers. You’ll be a key player in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service, all while upholding the community-focused values that set us apart. With plenty of training and development opportunities, you’ll have the chance to grow your career with us and take our membership enrollment to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Mr. Splash Employees to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
• Drive sales and revenue growth by developing effective sales strategies and leading by example.
• Ensure smooth daily operations by collaborating with management and other departments to meet membership and retail wash goals.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing feedback and support to team members.
• Develop and implement training programs to help the team improve their sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Foster a positive work environment by upholding our core values of respect, teamwork, and community involvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify opportunities for growth and work with management to implement new sales initiatives and drive membership growth.
• Participate in community events and initiatives, promoting the brand and building local relationships.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• A passion for customer service and community engagement.
• Ability to problem-solve and think strategically to drive sales growth.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Experience in the car wash industry is a plus, but not required.
