Overview
As a General Manager, you’ll oversee one of our bakery locations, responsible for staffing, scheduling, production, inventory management, and customer service. You will lead a team of 15-35, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Oversee staffing, inventory, scheduling, and front-of-house operations.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and lead a service-driven team.
- Financial Oversight: Control labor costs, manage inventory, and achieve financial targets.
- Customer Service: Ensure outstanding guest experiences, exceeding satisfaction metrics.
- Strategic Planning: Implement marketing and operational strategies to drive sales.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and quality.
- Accountability & Stewardship: Lead with integrity, promoting a culture of responsibility.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of management experience in food and beverage, quick-service restaurants, or bakery settings.
- Proven ability to hire, train, and develop talent.
- Strong financial management skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Hands-on leadership with strong communication and organizational abilities.
- ServeSafe Ohio Manager Level II certification (or ability to obtain).
- Familiarity with scheduling, inventory, and POS systems like WhenIWork, Workstream, and Slack is a plus.
