Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor as they enter the restaurant.
- Assist guests in placing orders, answering questions, and making menu recommendations.
- Ensure all guest requests and special dietary needs are accommodated.
Order Accuracy:
- Prepare and assemble orders accurately and efficiently.
- Check orders to ensure they meet Chick-fil-A's quality and presentation standards.
- Handle any order discrepancies or guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Cleanliness and Organization:
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks to uphold Chick-fil-A's high cleanliness standards.
Teamwork:
- Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist in maintaining food and beverage inventory levels and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Support fellow team members in their roles to ensure smooth operations.
Safety and Compliance:
- Follow all food safety, health, and safety guidelines.
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A's policies and procedures, including uniform and grooming standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
