POSITION:
The Paralegal will be responsible for the company’s
insurance and risk management program along with providing support on company legal
department matters.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Risk Management:
Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of risk
management policies and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and identify potential legal risks associated
with company operations.
Maintain and update risk management documentation and databases.
Safety Compliance:
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.
Assist in the preparation and submission of safety reports and
documentation.
Monitor and review safety protocols and procedures to ensure they meet
legal standards.
Legal Support:
Provide support in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts,
agreements, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues related to risk and
safety.
Assist in the preparation of legal reports, summaries, and presentations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in a
corporate or restaurant environment.
Experience in risk management and safety
compliance is highly desirable.
Skills:
Strong understanding of legal principles and
procedures.
Excellent research, analytical, and
organizational skills.
Proficient in legal research tools and
software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
