Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality to make them feel comfortable and welcomed
  • Take orders with speed and accuracy while checking for product quality and consistency
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
  • Preparing and packaging food orders for catering and in store
  • Ability to use and work with computer screens, monitors, touch screens, tablets and point of sales systems
  • Willingness to work in reasonable outdoor conditions

Qualifications

  • Must be 16 or older
  • Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace--hustle is a must!
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
  • Positive attitude, coachable
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes but is not limited to standing for up to 12 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Demonstrate reliability through regular attendance and punctuality
