The new Culver's being built in Prior Lake is looking for full time and part time food prep team members. The position would begin November 11th.
Job Summary:
Prepare food items accurately, according to procedures and food safety practices while
fulfilling our mission that, “We genuinely care so every guest who chooses Culver’s
leaves happy.”
Essential Functions:
• Preps all food items accurately to prepare restaurant for opening.
• Maintains a neat, well-groomed appearance including wrinkle-free uniform,
personal hygiene, hair restraint, and jewelry restrictions.
• Follows restaurant’s safety standards at all times and ensures the safety of other
team members and guests.
• Follows established standard operating procedures and restaurant best
practices.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Complete Prep Checklist.
• Prepare regular, seasonal, and promotional items according to procedures.
• Knowledge of allergens and proper use of utensils/containers to maintain safe
food handling.
• Cover, label, and refrigerate food prep items.
• Ensure proper rotation occurs and document accordingly.
• Prepare and maintain back-up products as needed to meet sales volume.
• Clean and sanitize all prep surfaces, equipment, and dishes.
• Return clean, sanitized prep dishes to designated areas.
• Sweep and mop flooring.
Qualification Standards:
• Must meet the federal and state age requirements for the position’s
responsibilities.
• Stand or walk during the entire shift.
• Reach, bend, and clean surfaces regularly.
• Lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
