Requirements include; At least one year previous experience specifically working with Sushi, ability to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds, strong knife skills, ability to multi task and show flexibility during high volume periods, ability to interact with guests and fellow coworkers and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include; The total preparation of sushi bar and sushi items offered on the menu, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, keeping sanitation and safety as the highest priority, preparing items according to proper recipe and portion size, interacting with guests in a professional, friendly and courteous manner and always striving for total guest satisfaction.
