Job Purpose: Prepare food to order in a safe, appetizing and effective manner to create the best overall
dining experience for our guests.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demonstrate “People-First”:

Demonstrate “Always Safe”:
- Prepare food for sale while maintaining DHEC requirements.
- Keep the food service area clean and orderly.
- Follow appropriate food storage guidelines.
- Properly use gloves and hand washing procedures.
- Serve food that is cooked to the appropriate temperature.
- Keep walkways clear of clutter and the floor clean, including quickly cleaning food or liquid spills.
Demonstrate “Remember It’s Fun”:
- Be enthusiastic and promote a friendly and fun atmosphere for our team members and guests.
- Promote a mutually supportive, unified, “we are all on the same team” relationship with team members in all department and divisions.
Demonstrate “Commit to Excellence”:
- Organize and cook food to order, plate and fill orders, and check all orders for accuracy.
- Maintain adequate inventory in the food stand/kitchen.
- Assist team members and guests quickly when there is a quality, guest satisfaction or safety issue.
- During slow times, prepare for busy times by ensuring that the food area is properly stocked, appropriate food is prepared and the kitchen is clean.
- Ensure professional development to enhance work knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, rules, regulations, standards, guidelines, expectations and requirements.
- Ensure completion of work responsibilities and special projects in accordance with the designated timeframe, as determined by the reporting leader.
- Adhere to Company ethical requirements, demonstrating the utmost integrity in all professional and personal matters.
- Provide reporting leader with feedback, ideas and suggestions on a timely basis.
- Must be able to work flexible schedule on the needs of the business.
- Whatever supervisor deems necessary for park operations.

- Required Education- Able to read, write, speak and follow directions
- Preferred Experience – 6 months experience of line cook experience
- Certification/Licensure – Servsafe preferred
- Specific Vision Requirements – Color and peripheral vision, Close vision, distance vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus.
