Requirements:

Qualifications:
- Is willing to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
- Has physical stamina for minimum 6 hour shift
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to train individuals
- Learner/Coachable
Responsibilities:
- Greets and seats guests (especially 1st time guests protocols)
- Maintains a timely restaurant wait list
- Communicates features and promotions
- Delivers food to tables
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of tables, dining room, and restrooms
- Assists in taking orders and togo guest payments when needed
- Performs daily opening and closing duties
- Communicates restaurant operational needs to managers
- Maintains a helpful, productive working relationship with the DMO
- Participates in and maintains positive relationships across FOH and BOH teams
- Participates in ongoing restaurant training and scheduled restaurant events
