Position Type:

Full-time, 36-45 hours / week with Friday and Saturday availability

($18-$21) per hour depending on leadership experience and availability) must be able to close.

This application is specifically for Night Kitchen Manager or Night Front of House Manager.

The Hours we are looking for are 2:00pm-close (anywhere from 10:30pm to 12:00am)



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a restaurant culture of growth minded team members and leaders. A culture of product knowledge, stewardship, excitement and generosity. Incorporate this into training, ongoing development, communications and everyday culture
  • Maintain vision alignment with the Operator and the leadership team
  • Ensure stewardship systems are taking place throughout the restaurant
  • Develop leaders in such a way that they are operating as a motivated, high-performance team that embodies the vision of the business
  • Oversee speed of service and completion of goals
  • Oversee product quality and accuracy
  • Support the restaurant (Front and/or Back of the House) during hiring process, completing resume screening, interviews and reference checks as necessary
  • Create, lead and implement systems that will be the standard for all Front and/or Back of House innovation and high-performance teams throughout the restaurant
  • Embodies the vision set forth by the Operator and must be able to teach it
  • Empowers management
  • Delegates effectively
  • Provides own vision and accountability
  • Meets regularly with team to discuss issues / improvements
  • Ensure policies are being followed per the Team Member Handbook
  • Evaluates all areas of the business and makes recommendations to the Operator for improvements

Required and/or Preferred Qualification:

  • Prior leadership experience demonstrating skills in retail, customer service, management, organization, and training development
  • Proven experience in a similar employee development, training development and/or trainer role, regardless of industry
  • Demonstrated strong leadership experience
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • High standards in the area of operational excellence, quality, and customer service
  • Exhibits a natural ability and desire to coach, mentor and develop others and themselves
  • Positive attitude - able to bring people together!

Weekly day range:

  • Weekend availability
  • Possible Rotating weekend availability but not guaranteed
