Physical Therapy Center Manager (Clinician – PT)

Full-time

One of our partner facilities in California is looking to hire a full-time Physical Therapy Center Manager (Clinician – PT).


Responsibilities: 

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the therapy center.  
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain employee files.
  • Efficient caseload management and scheduling of patients. 
  • Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care.
  • Maintain a positive level of interaction with facilities and clients.
  • Provide top-notch physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities with little oversight. 
  • Encourage development, learning, and growth of clinical staff while maintaining appropriate staffing levels.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Effective organizational, time management and planning skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional judgment with respect to patient status, safety and well-being.
  • Basic proficiency in Windows based operating systems (e.g. Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member.
  • Strong Leadership skills.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of Physical Therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
  • Valid state Physical Therapy license required.
  • At least 6 months of Physical Therapy center manager experience.
  • Active CPR certification.
