Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement nursing care, including medication administration and disease prevention, while executing physicians' orders.
• Actively participate in multi-disciplinary treatment efforts, crafting care plans, and assisting physicians with rounds for seamless patient care.
• Offer compassionate observation, ongoing assessments, and tailored interventions to meet patients' physical and psychological needs, while maintaining accurate progress records.
• Thoroughly document all nursing activities to maintain comprehensive medical records.
• Adhere to optimum care standards, emphasizing safety and infection control precautions.

Qualifications:

• Active state RN license.
• CPR or BLS Certification.
• ACLS and PALS Certification.
• Physical and TB Test (within one year).
• Driver's License or State ID.
• At least 1 year RN Telemetry experience.
