Job Description:

Flame Broiler is seeking a friendly and energetic Cashier to join our fast-paced team. As a cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless experience from order to payment. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter and provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
• Accurately take customer orders, answer questions about the menu, and handle special requests.
• Process payments using our POS system (cash, credit, mobile payments, etc.).
• Ensure orders are relayed to the kitchen promptly and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including counters and seating areas.
• Assist with packaging and handing out orders as needed.
• Provide assistance to other team members during peak times.
• Follow all food safety and cleanliness protocols.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic math skills and ability to operate a POS system.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Previous cashier or restaurant experience is a plus but not required.
