POSITION OVERVIEW:  

The Games & Facilities Specialist is critical to the achievement of overall company goals by supporting the Rise Brands Facilities Team.  Responsibilities include Games Repair & Maintenance, DC Logistics, Location R&M, and NSO Support.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Repair & Maintenance of Rise Brands arcade games, pinball machines, and knowledge of duckpin bowling lanes at locations and within the distribution center (DC).
• Assist with DC logistics, including shipping/receiving, unloading trucks, and check-in and tracking of inventory related items.
• Perform inventory and other DC tasks according to organizational standards, including placement of items on racks, shelves, and bins.
• As required , prepare materials for shipment/delivery by processing location order requests, pulling and packing inventory and other materials.
• Coordinate with facilities and games management to plan travel between new and existing locations to ensure the safe transfer of Rise Brands assets (e.g. games, lanes, parts, etc).
• Maintain a clean work environment by keeping workstations neat and organized; Conduct regular general cleaning tasks at DC as required by facilities teams.
• Follow proper safety procedures when working on game/lane maintenance, including safe use of equipment and proper lifting techniques.
• Support Distribution Center team with special projects as needed.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: 

• Ability to diagnose, repair, restore and maintain arcade, pinball, and knowledge of duckpin bowling.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work with location teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Ability to travel occasionally to support location teams and new store openings.
• Strong computer skills, proficient in Mac, Microsoft suite and Google applications

JOB CLASSIFICATION: 

• Full Time, Non Exempt.  Estimated 35 - 40 Hours per week w/ occasional overtime.
