Interviews will restart in early 2025. Those hired will join us for paid trainings starting in February at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a lively setting
- Efficiently prepare and serve food while upholding quality standards
- Adhere to state laws and company policies when selling beer (if 18 or older)
- Maintain safety, health, and sanitation standards
- Follow company grooming and food safety hygiene guidelines
Qualifications & Training:
- Accepting applications from 14 years or older; 16 years and older preferred
- Availability for most weekends, Spring Break and summer.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, as well as bend, stretch, and lift up to 30 pounds
- Understand food service orders in a busy and loud environment
- Virtual orientation and hands-on training provided
- Willingness to obtain Food Handlers Card and Responsible Beverage Service training (for 18+)
Wage info & tips:
All positions earn tips averaging around $4 per hour, leading to an hourly income of $20 or more based on age
- Starting pay range: $17 for 18 years and older, $16.50 for 16-17 years old. For the few positions we have for 14 and 15 year olds, the wage is $16. (As of 10.22.24.)
