The Pet Pro is directly responsible for the care of the dog and cat guests at the resort. A successful candidate for this position will be someone who is a team player, self-motivated, takes direction well, has excellent communication skills, and has great attention to detail. This is a service-related industry and you should not only be skilled at customer service but passionate about helping people and animals. You’ll work in our Daycare and Boarding areas to care for and ensure the safety of the guests in our facility. Not only will you focus on handling dogs + cats all day, but on the cleanliness of the facility. Attendance and dependability are of the utmost importance for this role as there are furry guests that depend on you. Some weekend availability is required.

Passion for pet care and customer service
Must be able to handle multiple tasks and remain flexible with assigned duties
Must be able to work well in a team environment
Demonstrates excellent time and task management
Demonstrates professional and courteous presentation with team and clients
Must be consistently positive, punctual, and professional
Work Environment/Physical Demands
• Move throughout the resort for extended periods of time (up to 6-8 hours per day).
• Being able to lift and move 40 lbs.
• Understand and respond to team members' and guests’ requests in a loud environment
• Bend, stoop, and reach in order to run and load dogs/cats, serve customers, and clean the resort
